44th UPU international letter writing contest launched

Entries must be written in prose, yet to be published in newspapers or books, and not longer than 800 words.


The Hai Duong Department of Information and Communications in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training and the provincial Post Office launched the 44th UPU international letter writing contest under the theme “Tell us about the world you want to grow up in” at Vu Huu Junior High School (Binh Giang district) on November 28 morning.


Eligible contestants are 5th – 10th graders. Entries must be written in prose, yet to be published in newspapers or books, and not longer than 800 words. Provincial entries may be photocopies, typed or hand-written, clear, and clean.



Entries will be received until the end of February 10, 2015. They should be sent to: Division of Post and Telecommunications, Hai Duong Department of Information and Communications, 199 Nguyen Luong Bang, Hai Duong city.
