PANO – Foreign military attachés in Vietnam on November 6th had a friendly exchange with cadres and officers of the Vietnam People’s Army to mark the end of a working year and start of the new one, in Hanoi.
On behalf of the delegation, Indian Military Attaché Senior Colonel Mullath Sri Kumar thanked Vietnam’s Ministry of National Defence for holding practical activities to help foreign military attachés learn more about the Vietnam People’s Army, the country, its culture and people.
The Indian attaché hoped that Vietnam’s Ministry of National Defence would create more favourable conditions for foreign attachés to fulfill their missions, contributing to consolidating and promoting the friendship and cooperation between the Vietnam People’s Army and armies of other countries for peace, stability, and development in the region and the world.
