Department of Science and Technology Hung Yen collaborated with Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Post-harvest Technology to implement the subject successfully: “Researching application of RPG-6 bio-organic fertilizer preparation improves both productivity and quality of Xa Doai oranges and Hung Yen longan”.
The subject was implemented in Hung Yen city, including a longan farm of Mr. Nguyen Van Canh in Kim Dang village, Lam Son Ward and citrus farm of Mr.Duong Xuan Dung’s family, Quang Chau commune. Through practical application, RPG-6 bio-organic fertilizer preparations work good soil reclamation. This is a domestically produced fertilizer, so its cost-price is low, only 60% compared with imported foreign products.
RPG-6 also works to increase the activity of soil microorganisms and to alter some soil physical and chemical properties according to the better direction. It helps to increase the efficiency of use of mineral fertilizers, increased durability of soil structure, food hygiene and safety, health, friendly environment for producers and consumers.
The gardens are put down RPG-6 biological organic fertilizer preparations, which is shown that the trees, productivity, quality of fruits are better than the controlled gardens.
According to farmers, if RPG-6 is widely used in production that will help farmers to improve their comprehension in the application of new techniques for fruit care, preparation, preservation. This work will not only bring faith for farmers to keep production investment, but also change plant structure, it is introducing scientific and technological advances in production to improve the value of products on the cultivated area as well.
