PANO – Ha Long Single-member Ltd. Shipbuilding Company (Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation) has completed ATD Tug 2412 No. 3 and ATD Tug 2412 No. 4 for export to Europe.

ATD Tug 2412 is designed by the Dutch Damen Shipyard Gorinchem Group and built under the supervision of the British Lloyd’s Register. The two ships were built in accordance with European standards at the cost of around 900,000 euros each. With the length of 24.74m, width of 12.63m, water displacement of 490 tons, and equipped with two machines with total capacity of 5,600 horsepower and two propellers, the ship can function at the port, including firefighting operations, tugging and supporting large ships in inland waters in all weather conditions.
So far, Ha Long Company has completed building four tugboats of the kind for the Dutch Damen Shipyard Gorinchem Group (tugboats No. 1 and No. 2 had already been handed over before).
