(Cinet)- International scientific seminar themed ” Unique value of Bai choi arts of the Central Vietnam and and homologous forms in the world” will organize on January 13-14, 2015 in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province.
Bai choi art is often seen at spring festivals in Binh Dinh, Phu Yen and Quang Nam provinces and resembles a game, using playing cards and village huts. Bai choi, a traditional game combining folklore singing and lottery picks, recently gained national cultural heritage status, and experts believe it will achieve world heritage status in the near future.
With some high values of the art, the ministry of culture, sports and tourism honoured Certificate for traditional Bai choi arts as national intangible cultural heritage.
