The Provincial Youth Union has ecently celebrated 85 years of the establishment Day of Vietnam Communist Party (February 3rd, 1930-February 3rd, 2015); launching emulation phase to welcome Party congress at all levels, heading towards the 16th Phu Yen Provincial Party Congress, the 12th National Party Congress and commending excellent youth members.

At the ceremony, Secretary of Phu Yen Provincial Youth Union, Mr. Bui Thanh Toan, on behalf of the province’s youth, launched emulation phase to welcome Party congress at all levels and proposed youth unions in districts, town and city to implement activities from now until the end of the 12th National Party Congress with practical, specific activities, including: the Movement ” Phu Yen Youth join hands in new rural area construction and urban civilization” by responding to perform the two youth works at provincial levels “Lighting and concreting rural roads ” and ” 1,000 addresses to add strength to students‘ schooling”…
On behalf of provincial leaders, Standing Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Huynh Tan Viet, proposed the Standing Committee of Provincial Youth Union to direct youth unions at all levels to strictly, fiercely implement the emulation phase to welcome Party congress at all levels with meaning youth works, giving practical effect. Comrade Huynh Tan Viet also recommended Party committees at all levels, governments, heads of agencies, departments, organizations in the province to pay more attention to youth works, creating favorable conditions for the provincial youth in training and striving to well complete all tasks.
