 (CPV) - The Pink Sunday 2015 program with the slogan “Blood donation – Your life and my life” will officially kick off on January 25th at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). The event is co-organized by the Tien Phong Newspaper, the National Traffic Safety Committee (NTSC), Department of Diagnosis and Treatment Management under the Ministry of Health, and the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. This year’s social activity for Youth Union members, pupils, and students program is expected to happen along 17 locations of the nation, thus promoting the national blood donation movement, and hoping to see 15,000 secure blood units. The northern province of Nam Dinh started the campaign on January 9th. So far, the Thai Binh Medical and Pharmacy University, HUST, the Thai Nguyen University and others have registered to join the event which is set to continue until early February, 2015./. |
