(VOVworld) – Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong has praised the achievement by the People’s Procuracy in combating crime, maintaining political security, socialist rule of law and human rights.

He told the procurators in their conference to review this year’s work plan that they should uphold and implement in earnest the Party guidelines in comprehensive reform to meet the aspiration of the Party and the people. He said the sector should cooperate closely with relevant agencies in corruption intelligence gathering and accelerate the settlement of corruption cases.
