(VOV) -Vietnam Railways, the operator of the country’s north to south rail system, has launched the first five-star express train after four months of upgrading its service and improving professional skills for staff to meet an increasing demand of both domestic and international passengers.
The luxurious train is equipped with the most modern facilities including clean and attractive interior, an efficient ticketing counter, news bulletins, cafeteria, television, free wifi, and souvenir and newspaper kiosks.
With the professional staff and and 5-star quality services at an international level, the train can meet an increasing demand of both domestic and international passengers.
The ticket fee is around at VND1.2 million-VND1.7 million.
During peak season, the luxurious train can serve 508 passengers per trip.
