Director Nguyen Van Xuat said infrastructure construction in Son La province is difficult because of the mountainous terrain and extremely harsh climate. Hence, Nam Thanh has introduced a lot of flexible solutions to deal with difficulties when it undertakes a construction work there like bringing machines to the construction site, working out the best design options, and choosing the best materials, equipment and suppliers. The firm also actively controls construction engineering techniques to speed up progress and increase business autonomy.
