PANO – The Hanoi Department of Education and Training and Thanh Tri district on February 23rd started the New Year writing at the temple dedicated to Chu Van An, a reputed teacher under the Tran dynasty, in Thanh Liet commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi.

The event attracted thousands of locals.
Before the start of the event, an incense offering to Chu Van An was held.
The activity aimed at promoting the tradition of acquiring for knowledge and respecting for teachers as well as patriotism among people, especially young generations.
This is the third year the department teamed up with Thanh Tri district to organize the New Year writing at the temple.
