Recently, Vietjet welcomed the latest member to its expanding family of Airbus planes at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
The brand-new Airbus A320 (code VN-A659) is the third plane from an order of 100 aircraft made with the French aviation group. Its arrival makes Vietjet’s fleet a total of 21.
The aircraft was exclusively assembled by Airbus for Vietjet and features the airline’s trademark luxurious leather seats, an elegant carpet, and premium interior decoration, all fitted out according to Airbus’ meticulous, industry-leading standards and Vietjet’s specifications.
Moving forward, Vietjet will send another brand new A320 directly to Thailand by the end of March 2015 in order for the joint venture Thai Vietjet to operate its very first domestic flights in Thailand to meet travel demand during the Songkran festival.
