PANO – Vietnam is the winner of both ASEAN Community stamp and postmark designs. The final of the competitions to mark the establishment of ASEAN Community took place in the Thai capital of Bangkok.
The final saw the competition of 30 stamp designs and 25 postmark designs.

The designs of Vietnam are the best reflecting the ASEAN’s motto of “One vision, one identity, one community”.
The stamp design is about a five-petal flower. Each petal features two national flags of ASEAN member countries. The flower in the blue sky background is placed above a ripe rice field. Meanwhile, the postmark design is about a sheaf of ripe rice stalks stylized from ASEAN’s sheaf of rice stalks.
The stamp and the postmark will be officially issued this August 8th in each ASEAN member country to celebrate the 48th ASEAN anniversary.
