(VOVworld) – Professor Dr Nguyen Quoc Sy has been voted to become a member of the Russian Electric Technique Academy in Russia. Born in 1967, he is the Dean of Plasma Energy Faculty of the Academy. He has spent more than 30 years studying plasma energy and was awarded by President Putin as an outstanding young scientist. His hundreds of research have been applied widely in space, military and economic fields.
