That is the business slogan that An Hoa Paper targets at when it builds the brand for its products, aiming to make its products the No. 1 in Vietnam. When its products were marketed three years ago, they faced a lot of difficulties as a newcomer. But, with the determination of the leadership, the creativity of employees, and the support of domestic and international partners and customers, the company quickly surmounted initial hardships to achieve good results.

After the initial success, in 2010, the company built the second production line to make high-quality paper in 2010 and it started official operations in October 2014. Furnished by modern technologies and equipment imported from the G7 countries, the line will be the first and only to produce coated paper in Vietnam. Apart from writing paper, the company has plans to manufacture premium paper capable of competing with imports in the domestic market. In particular, the company develops high-class photocopy paper, branded Yleaf, which means that a young business is always friendly to the environment and consumers.

An Hoa Paper Joint Stock Company also built a modern research development centre to provide good plants for its material zones in Thai Nguyen, Bac Kan, Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Ha Giang. The material zones help improve social security and employment for local people on the one hand and they will stably supply inputs for the company’s production facilities.

General Director Nguyen Duc Phong said “An Hoa Paper Joint Stock Company now has more than 1,200 employees who are paid VND5.3 million a month each on average. The company always looks to build a professional, dynamic working environment. The development of the company is always associated with the improvement of living quality and working conditions of every employee. Each achievement is accrued from efforts and dedications from every member of the company. Every employee is fostered their expertise and is granted healthcare service. We have enough facilities for housing, dining and entertaining for employees. We frequently organise cultural exchanges and sporting tournaments to improve spiritual and physical health of employees.”

With the motto: “Sowing green source – Adding value and value” and economic development coupled with social progress, An Hoa Paper is very active with social and community development activities. The firm has donated billions of Vietnamese dong to such activities. Typically, it granted 2,000 tonnes of cement for rural road construction in 2013, built kindergartens (Vinh Loi commune), presented gifts to the poor. An Hoa Paper has been named the “Outstanding labour collective” by the Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee since 2010.

With right visions and business strategies, An Hoa Paper Joint Stock Company is confident to become the No. 1 high-grade paper and pulp producer in Vietnam and gradually make inroads into the world market.
