Hai Duong city authorities in 2015 will focus on investment in building 26 works and projects using the city’s revenue from land use fees.
Of which, eight projects have been added to the 2014’s plan with a total amount of nearly VND8.9 billion.
The new projects mainly focus on the fields of transport, education, renovation and upgrading of some rainwater and wastewater drainages, construction, etc.
There are a number of key works and projects, such as renovation and upgrading of Binh Loc road (VND11 billion of budget), Nhat Tan road (VND11 billion), and T2 channel (VND15 billion); replacement of stone pavement blocs and laying of underground cables along the streets of Tran Hung Dao, Pham Ngu Lao, and Quang Trung and Ho Chi Minh avenue (VND11 billion); construction of Huong Sen Kindergarten (VND7 billion), etc.
The total budget for these projects and works amounts to around VND108 billion.
