PANO – A defence working delegation, led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Khanh, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army on April 3rd inspected the training of troops in Group 3 for the parade in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30th, 1975 – April 30th, 2015), in Nguyen Hue University.
This group includes troops from Nguyen Hue University, Border Guard Training School 2, Naval Training School 2, Air-Defence Division 367 and Air Force 370.
Having inspected the training of each parade block, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff praised efforts of officers, lecturers and troops in overcoming difficulties and severe weather conditions to gain good training results over the past time.
General Khanh also pointed out shortcomings that need to be addressed for better training results. He asked the participants to surmount difficulties, actively train and raise responsibility to ensure the success of the big coming celebration.
