The Amended Law on Tax Administration, the Directive Decree and the Circular that modifies Circular 63/2011/TT-BTC and Circular 105/2011/TT-BTC on prioritised enterprises took effect on July 1, 2013. To timely provide business with information about their rights and obligations and answer questions about the new policies, E-Customs Newspaper planned to host an online exchange between the leaders of the General Department of Vietnam Customs with readers on new policies on prioritised enterprises in July 2013. The exchange will be carried out through the newspaper’s website www.baohaiquan.vn.
The online exchange will focus on some issues like new regulations in the Amended Law on Tax Administration, Directive Decree for the enforcement of the Amended Law on Tax Administration concerning prioritised enterprises, and the Circular that replaces Circular 63/2011/TT-BTC and Circular 105/2011/TT-BTC on prioritised enterprises; problems emerging from the process of enforcement; new policies concerning conditions for being prioritised enterprises; conditions, rights and obligations of prioritised enterprises; and the customs sector’s orientations for prioritised enterprise development.
