HA NOI (VNS)— Alaska Land, investors of urban area project Alaska Garden City, sold 99 per cent of its stake to FLC Group for VND300 billion (US$14.285 million) on Thursday.
The urban area – with a total investment of VND3.5 trillion ($166.7 million) – covers 7,895ha in Dai Mo Commune, Tu Liem District.
The project is scheduled to begin construction at the end of this year and be completed in 2017.-VNS
