​Made up from the usual garlic by the fermented method to become the black garlic (B – garlic), the Ly Son garlic has been presented in the Japanese market.


Said by the representative of AUM Company, Ltd., the company has just signed a contract of 500 kg black garlic products to export to Japanese country.


This is the first batch to the Japanese market with Ly Son raw garlic.


Black garlic is produced by fermentation, a technique that has been around for many thousands of years. It’s very popular in Japan because of its benefits such as anti- flatulence, antidote and blood fat reduction.


This is actually a challenging chance of Ly Son garlic to meet the rigorous selection standards from the stages of raw material to the preparation, processing and packaging.


Currently, AUM Company is coordinating with garlic growers on the island to carry out the conditions and standards of VietGAP aiming at promoting value to Ly Son garlic products in the world market.
