On 24 October, the delegation of Sai Gon Trading Corporation (SATRA) led by Mr. Le Tung, Chairman of management Board visited, donated 20 gifts worth 500 thousand dong each for the poor in An Vinh and An Hai commune, Ly Son island district.
At the same time, SATRA gave 200 million dong and a number of gifts including clothes, canned meat, instant noodles for the district Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to help people overcome the consequences caused by the storms No. 10 and 11. The amount of money was contributed by nearly 15,000 SATRA employees.
Besides, SATRA also collaborated with Children’s Hospital 1 and Quang Ngai province Department of Health provided free check-up and medicine to 500 children in Ly Son with the total of more than 100 million dong.
