Chairman of the PPC has just issued the national strategy implementation plan to ensure the road traffic order and safety by 2020 and vision to 2030 in the province, with its target of reducing 5-10 % of annual traffic deaths and no traffic jams.
The plan aims to establish and maintain social order in the transport sector in order to ensure the safety for people and transportation system smoothly; to build and develop strong solutions, the traffic safety policies; to reduce traffic accidents and congestion of road traffic.
The equipment of vehicles will be bought to serve the inspection, patrol, control and handling of traffic violations.
The plan also sets out a number of breakthrough tasks in the period of 2013 – 2015 such as strengthening sanction through traffic images recorded in camera and boosting the inspection and control in police forces; promoting popular education on law and order, traffic safety with the appropriate forms and contents and traffic culture development in agencies, unions, political- social organizations and in the community.
