The speech delivered by Comrade Huynh Tan Viet, standing deputy secretary of the Provincial people’s committee cum chairman of the provincial people’s council highlighted the historical meaning of the establishment of the first branch of Vietnam Communist Party in Phu Yen at Dong Be ham let, Phuoc Long commune, Xuan Long commune (now Long Binh residential area, La Hai town let) to the province’s Revolutionary movement. On behalf of the provincial people’s commissioners, comrade Huynh Tan Viet proposed the Party levels, governments, father front, the unions and organizations in the province to concentrate on leading, directing and coordinating to well implement the task for constructing the Party, government and the transparent, strong political system; enhance the competence and fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of the cadre staff, Party members with the concentration of efficiently implementing the Central 4 Resolution (term XI) on constructing the Party in close-knit connection with implementing the Order 03 of the Politburo on further speeding up the studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh with the concrete programs and plans, which also need to be close to reality, with high efficiency, in the spirit of drastic progress, in order to complete the criteria assigned by the Party resolutions at all levels.
Concluding the ceremony, the leaders, cadres, people, armed forces and students offered incense sticks to commemorate Comrade Phan Luu Thanh, the first Secretary of the Provincial People’s Commissioners and the former revolutionary comrade.
