Participants are required to write a business report, attend workshops, and sit for interviews during the competition.

First prize winners will be presented with US$1,000 and candidates ranking second to fifth will garner $100 each.

All winning candidates will be given priority to attend job interviews with enterprises participating in the event.

Asian Job Express will also help introduce participants, including those who do not win, to Japanese companies.

Job and interview information on employment by Japanese companies will continue to be sent to the participants after the contest closes.

The competition aims to discover potential Asian leaders who expect to be actively involved in the front line of the business world.

The organizer of the competition has successfully matched four hundred Asian people with Japanese employers since 2008.
