The Office of the Government promulgated announcement 1950/TTg-KGVX dated November 15, 2013 to communicate idea of the Prime Minister on speeding up the implementation of Decree 15/CT-TTg dated May 22, 2012 on using e-documents in state agency activities.
On May 22, 2012, Prime Minister issued Decree 15/CT-TTg on strengthening the use of e-documents in activities of state agencies. Over the past years, many ministries, committees, agencies and localities promoted the use of e-documents in management activities. However, there are many short comings. Therefore, the Prime Minister asked ministries, committees, agencies and localities to implement contents, tasks and solutions in Decree 15/CT-TTg.
Accordingly, the Prime Minister asked ministries, committees, agencies and localities to strive to meet the goals, including in interior activities of state agencies at all levels. By 2014, at least 55% of documents will be exchanged under e-forms./.
