PPC Standing Deputy Chairman receives CEO of the Education Association of Australia

On December 19, Mr. Ngo Hoa, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) held a reception for Ms. Karen Nicholas, CEO of the Education Association of Australia. Attending the reception were representatives of related departments and Au Lac Vocational Training College.

At the reception, Ms. Karen Nicholas informed results of the meeting with Au Lac Vocational Training College as well as MOUs between the Education Association of Australia and Au Lac Vocational Training College. Accordingly, both sides will cooperate in training English language for students, enhancing English proficiency and education skills for teachers, supporting to improve quality of vocational training, preparing for training and granting English international certificates. Ms. Karen Nicholas hoped to promote education cooperation with ThuaThienHueProvince.


Mr. Ngo Hoa was glad to see a good start in education cooperation between the Education Association of Australia and Au Lac Vocational Training College and requested them to have a specific plan to implement. He emphasized that Thua Thien Hue paid much attention to improving education quality, especially English proficiency in both school and society. Therefore, the province will facilitate the cooperation between the Education Association of Australia and the provincial education agencies in developing English teaching and vocational training in the province.


Mr. Ngo Hoa also requested to have internship programs in Australia for students of Au Lac Vocational Training College in the scale of the cooperation program between the Education Association of Australia and Au Lac Vocational Training College.
