HAI PHONG (VNS) — Viet Nam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) signed a cooperation agreement on Wednesday to operate e-government services for Hai Phong from 2014 to 2020.
According to the agreement, VNPT would support the city in four fields, including building e-government and solutions to information security, and building a telecommunications and IT infrastructure.
To operate e-government functions for Hai Phong, the group would survey and evaluate situations and demands on data transmission networks. Also, VNPT would provide digital signature confirmations, data storage and other telecom service for e-government services.— VNS
