The Hue International Food Festival will be organized at Phu Xuan Park in Hue city from April 15- 19 with participation of more than 100 domestic and foreign food booths, said Mr. Phan Tien Dung, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thua Thien – Hue province on January 9.

This year’s festival attracts participation of more than 100 food booths, including 20 international food booths from Lao, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, China and the booths of the leading restaurants across the country.
Accordingly, the event is located in series of activities to welcome Hue festival 2014. On the ocasion, the event will honor and popularize beauty of Vietnam, Hue and foreign cuisine to domestic as well as foreign visitors.
This is an advantaged chance to exchange culinary experience between Vietnam master chefs and foreign chefs and contribute to strengthen friendship between Vietnam and the countries around the world.
