| With a total investment of over VND26 billion from the province’s budget, the tenement No. 3 in east Ngo Quyen has four storeys, each of which consists of 15 30-m2 apartments with closed auxiliary works. Starting the construction in October 2010, the construction unit, Truong Thanh – Minh Thai joint-venture company, under the supervision of Son Thanh Construction JSC. mobilized maximum human and material resources to ensure the work would be completed on schedule. In mid December 2013, 64 households moved from Lien Co tenement to the new building. Because the new tenement has only 60 apartments, four households were arranged to live in the second block that had been built earlier. |
