So far, the province has mobilised nearly VND55 billion in total. Of this money, almost VND33 billion was spent on construction products to build 1,392 houses of gratitude for beneficiaries’ families and revolutionary contributors. An additional VND43 billion has been spent repairing downgraded houses, and nearly VND2.5 billion was spent donating savings books to 4,474 families. In addition, several billion VND went to give annual support to beneficiaries to overcome life difficulties.

However, the construction progress has not yet met the total demand. At present, some 1,500 beneficiaries’ and revolutionary contributors’ families still need of housing support, while many cemeteries and memorials need repairing.
