Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee on June 06 had a working session with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and related agencies on the preparation works for the 25th anniversary of the Quang Ngai province’s re-establishment (01 July 1989 – 01 July 2014).
Reportedly, a series of activities will be organized to mark the event in the provincial area, especially the most important activity will be the joint-meeting with leaders of the provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee over the periods and leaders of departments, agencies and units since 1989.
Quang Ngai province will also conduct mobile propaganda for local people from June 16-19.
An art exhibition on the province’s socio-economic achievement with the theme of “Quang Ngai province: 25 years of construction and development” is planned to hold at the provincial general Museum.
The province will also publish the collection of Quang Ngai’s songs, photo books about the province.
Besides, the project of Maternity – Children Hospital will be started its construction to mark the event.
Concluding at the meeting, Loan asked DCST to check and hasten the preparation works of all the activities by coordinating closely with relevant departments and agencies, ensuring the success of programs.
