PANO – Military Zone 7 on July 1st reviewed its achievements in responding to the “Determined to Win” movement in the first half of this year.

Since the beginning of this year, its units have launched emulation movements in combination with campaigns to improve their quality of training and combat readiness.
Their troops have actively taken part in building new rural areas by upgrading 20km of roads and 12km of irrigation canals, constructing 20 gratitude houses, and donating VND 200 million and seven tons of rice for the needy.
