PANO – The Military Zone 3 Command on July 25th held a congress to review the implementation of the “Determined to Win” emulation movement in the 2009-2014 period in the presence of Senior Lieutenant General Ngo Xuan Lich, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army.

Lieutenant General Pham Hong Huong, the zone’s Commander, briefed on the unit’s achievements in the last five years in organizing and implementing the movement, contributing to accomplishing all assigned missions.
Accordingly, the unit honored 250 outstanding examples who well responded to the emulation movement in the above period.
Senior Lieutenant General Ngo Xuan Lich urged Military Zone 3 to effectively combine the “Determined to Win” movement with other drives, such as “Promoting traditions, contributing talents, deserving to be Uncle Ho’s soldiers” to multiply good examples, heighten its training and combat readiness quality, and cultivate its troops’ patriotism, creativeness and self-reliance.
