Deputy Secretary of PPC Tran Van Minh offered scholarship to the valedictorian
In the afternoon of July 28th, Tra Bong District People’s Committee held a ceremony to reward the valedictorian Nguyen Thi Bich Phuong, coming from the 12C1 class of Tra Bong high school, Tra Bong district, Quang Ngai province.
Mr. Tran Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Mr. Pham Dang Phuoc, Rector of Pham Van Dong University, Mr. Doan Dung, Director of Education and Training Department and relevant agencies attended the event.
Phuong has 27 marks for the entrance exam for area C at Pham Van Dong University and becomes the valedictorian with the highest mark throughout the country so far.
At the ceremony, Mr. Minh awarded Bich Phuong the VND 200 million scholarship, sponsored by the International Hospital Capella in Quang Ngai.
Phuong also received a Certificate of merit and scholarship worth VND 40 million from representatives of Tra Bong government
