(Cinet)- The MOCST has submitted to the Government for Draft regulating royalties and compensation for some works of cinema, fine arts, photography, stage and other forms of arts.
The regulation should comply with some regulations of Civil Law, Law on Intellectual Property 2005, Law on adjusting and supplementing some articles of Law on Intellectual Property in 2009. The regulation must meet a requirement of bilateral and multilateral in a role of member in World Trade Organization.
The regulation generates some contents in Regulation No.61/2002/NĐ-CP and Joint Circular No.21/2003/TTLT-BVHTT-BTC on July 01, 2003 by adjusting some new regulations.

Regulation is named “Regulation about royalties and compensation for some works of cinema, fine arts, photography, stage and other forms of arts”.
Draft should adjust and supplement some types and scales of the work, especially performing arts according to regulation in Resolution No.61/2002/NĐ-CP.
Draft divides into 5 chatters including 14 articles about adjustment and supplementation in a scale, object and compensation in Regulation No.61/2002/NĐ-CP as regulated.
Chatter I including 4 articles regulates a scale and object to receive more compensation and royalties.
