In his newly-promulgated official letter, Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee decided to open Tu Nghia notary office under the legal representative of Notary Nguyen Nong.
Being located in Tu Nghia district area, the above said notary office will operate as a private enterprise with its financial contribution from the notary, notarized fees and other legal incomes.
This is the fifth private notary office opened in Quang Ngai province. Once the office is put into operation, it will create favorable condition for local people in notarizing, confirming the necessary documents more quickly.
