Mr. Le Thanh Van, Vice Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, on August 21 morning worked with the Ninh Giang District Party Committee’s Standing Board.

Representatives of Ninh Giang district leaders requested the provincial authority to decentralize management in some fields, such as state revenues and expenditures, inspection of safety working at enterprises in the area to appropriate level of local authorities; care about investing in the construction of communes’ specific waste disposal areas; and soon give instructions on recovering the land handed over to Thanh Duong Co., Ltd. (investor of Do market construction).
They also asked the provincial authority to pay more attention to investing in construction of some communal essential infrastructure works using the provincial budget; early approve the adjusted urban planning and service – trade area to the north of Ninh Giang town; care and assistance for reconstruction costs of several communal authorities’ offices badly deteriorated that cannot be workplaces for communes of Hong Phuc, Hoang Hanh, Dong Xuyen, Ung Hoe, and Tan Phong.

Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thanh Van acknowledged and appreciated the results from performing socio-economic development tasks, Party and government building, and activities of Ninh Giang district’s unions over the past time.
He suggested that Ninh Giang district attach special importance to directing quality improvement, good agricultural product outlet market and competitiveness enhancement.
Local officers should continue to bring into full play the headed role, create internal solidarity; and define their rights and responsibilities in management and assignment.
Regarding to Party building, Ninh Giang should pay more attention to developing Party members, focussing on Party development in businesses and rural areas; and work out measures and forms of propaganda, dissemination, and persuasion of non-State business owners to develop Party organizations in their enterprises.
Party cells should renovate the form and content of activities, bring into full play the vanguard and exemplary qualities of officials, Party members, etc.
After the working session, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Thanh Van inspected the new rural developmentand visited a conversion model in Hong Thai commune – one of the two communes of Ninh Giang district registering to complete new rural development in 2014.
