PANO – A representative from the Japanese Embassy on August 27th handed over medical equipment, worth US $120,700, to the Tuyet Thai Centre for Caring the Elderly in Dai Mach commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi.
The present is under Japan’s non-refundable aid for grassroots level in the 2013 fiscal year.
The Japanese representative, Kenji Inoue, hoped that the equipment, including X-ray machines and other devices used for treating and monitoring patients, and rehabilitation, would be exploited effectively to better the care for the centre’s elderly.
