PANO – The Hanoi Capital and Lao Cai provincial Military Commands on August 22nd held a meeting to exchange experience in their implementation of military and defence tasks.

Over the past years, they have effectively organized courses on defence and security knowledge for local people and officials, trained reservists and militiamen. They also carried out exercises and reinforced defensive areas, provided security and safety for the celebration of big events, and actively took part in search and rescue and fire prevention and fighting activities.
The shared information and experience will help the two sides better fulfill assigned missions in the time to come.
