Over the past time, the Signal Arm has actively invested in modern communications devices and equipment, to well connect the Party, State and the National Defence Ministry to the armed forces in any circumstances.
At the working session, leaders of the command briefed the delegation on its results in building, managing and ensuring the system of military communications and on plans to upgrade the system from now to 2020.
Lieutenant General Be Xuan Truong affirmed that the Signal Arm should bring into play their achievements, and continue to modernize and improve the quality of the military communications system to meet all tasks’ requirements.
