(VOVworld) – Typical images and items related to Vietnam were on display at the 84th Festival of Humanity held by Huma for Humanite, the famous newspaper of the French Communist Party, in La Courneuve Park in Paris over the weekend.

Vietnamese artists performed traditional music with traditional instruments at the event, attracting a large audience. Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Le Khanh Hai spoke at the festival’s opening ceremony: “France has always been considered a key market for Vietnam’s tourism sector. This festival is of great importance as it helps to boost tourism cooperation between the two countries. This is also a great opportunity for us to review our development path and look toward brighter cooperative prospects.”
Many French visitors enjoyed Vietnamese cuisine and handicrafts on display at the festival.
