Since the beginning of the year, eight children orphaned, abandoned, or in special circumstances have been registered for adoption with foreign factors.
The Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee has permitted the Social Protection Center, the Social Protection and Nurture Center (both under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs), and the Humanitarian Activity Center (Provincial Red Cross Society) to recommend orphans, abandoned children, and those in other special circumstances currently being raised at these units as foreigners’ adoptees.
Since the beginning of the year, eight children orphaned, abandoned, or in special circumstances have been registered for adoption with foreign factors, according to the Department of Justice.
