10 distressed fishermen rescued at sea

PANO – Ship SAR 274 of the Centre for Maritime Search and Rescue Region 2, at about 6.15 am on November 12^th, safely rescued a distressed vessel with 10 men on board at sea.

Earlier, vessel QNg 94780 TS from Quang Ngai province with Nguyen Cu at the helm went adrift about 195 nautical miles off Da Nang coast due to engine failure while heading ashore. After receiving the information, the centre immediately sent ship SAR 274 to provide health care for fishermen and tow the vessel ashore safely.
