PANO – Lieutenant General Mai Quang Phan, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army on November 18th received in Hanoi a Belarusian military television delegation, led by Maltsev Sergei Leonidovich, Director General of VoenTV.

General Phan affirmed that the visit would help promote the two countries’ defence ties in general and the cooperation between the two countries’ military televisions in particular.
The guest informed the host of the outcomes of his meeting with the Vietnamese Army Radio-Television Centre, including the exchange of experience in expertise and program production.
Mr. Maltsev Sergei Leonidovich affirmed that the meeting would result in further bilateral cooperation in the time to come.
Highly appreciating the working session, General Phan suggested the two units realize the agreements to deepen their cooperation.
