PANO – The Military Zone (MZ) 4 High Command on November 11th opened a training course for military technical managers of Division 4 under the Lao People’s Army.
The course aims to provide Lao trainees with basic technical knowledge, as well as to share experience on maintaining weapons and technical equipment to implement their tasks.
During the course, trainees will take part in some technical contents, such as vehicles, engineering, and tank-armoured, and visit several army units located in the locality.
