Private Le Xuan Truong
PANO – Nguyen Van Binh, a uniformed builder, recently received his lost wallet with his whole-month wages and personal papers from a private.
Earlier, Private Le Xuan Truong (Detachment 7, Commando Brigade 429) on November 1st found a wallet on the roadside. Without hesitation, he immediately reported to the unit commanders in an effort to return the wallet to its owner. Through the internal radio system, the unit quickly found the owner for the lost item.
Expressing thanks to the unit, Binh said “I sincerely thank Brigade 429 for having trained soldiers with valuable qualities like Private Truong.”
Born into a poor family in Ea Yong, Krong Buk district, Dak Lak province, the soldier always keeps in mind the saying “Cleanliness is next to godliness,” which explained his good deed.
