PANO – The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Vietnamese Informatics Association on November 9th awarded prizes to winners in the second information technology contest for young officials.

162 young officials from 37 provinces and cities and 18 agencies and units of ministries and central agencies took part in individual collective and creativity contests.

After 2 days, 7 first prizes, 14 second prizes, 30 third prizes and 37 consolation prizes were awarded to individual winners. Hai Phong team clinched the first prize for collective performance while Hanoi and Da Nang teams won the second prize and the Office of Government and Bac Lieu teams took the third prize.
The contest is a useful activity to honor outstanding individuals in applying information technology at work.
