The Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee has just made the decision on establishment of land registration office and land use planning at district level in 2015.
Accordingly, the PPC Chairman requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to actively consult the operational models of land registration offices from some provinces, cities in the country to complete the schedule on establishment of the land registration office in Quang Ngai province, submit to the Department of Home Affairs for evaluation and to PPC for approval before November 30th, 2014.
The Department of Finance was asked to advise PPC to allocate the operation funds for Quang Ngai provincial land registration office since January 01st, 2015.
The DPCs were also requested to make plans to hand over the land use right registration offices to the Quang Ngai provincial land registration office under the principle of maintaining the status quo.
For the land use planning at district level in 2015, DPCs urgently review the list of projects that need to use the land as prescribed to submit to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration.
