The Provincial Social Insurance Agency will implement electronic transactions on social and health insurance in the whole province from January 1st, 2015.
The Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance (SI) Agency will implement electronic transactions in the fields of SI and health insurance (HI) in the whole province from January 1st, 2015, on two software products of iBHXH and iQLBH to receive dossier submissions via the internet.
Intended for businesses, the iBHXH software supports the compilation of procedures for participating in SI, HI, and unemployment insurance. The iQLBH software is reserved for SI agencies’ staffs to receive information and dossier submisisons from enterprises.
Organisations and units of the public administration and management field will be free to use these electronic transaction forms. The Provincial SI Agency will coordinate with the software provider to reach agreement with businesses on charge levels for support of software installation, digital signatures in file form, declaration guidance, and system maintenance.
Hai Duong is one of 10 provinces nationwide to pilot the use of the two software products of iBHXH and iQLBH.
