(Cinet)- Traces of a 3,500-year-old village have been found at an archaeological site by the Pho Day River in the northern province of Tuyen Quang.
About 400 relics including broken ceramics and stone objects as well as traces of cooking fires have been unearthed. Scientists noted that ceramics wares bore varied decorative forms and stone axes were finely polished.
Though no human remains have been found, two big holes containing ceramic containers may be remnants of tombs.
